Join Mission Control as a Forward Deployed Engineer and directly shape how synthetic workers transform critical infrastructure. You'll embed with our enterprise clients, architecting solutions that automate the unautomatable and preserve decades of institutional knowledge before it walks out the door.
The Work
You'll be on the ground with clients in energy, defense, supply chain, and other critical sectors. This role demands technical excellence, client empathy, and the fortitude to solve problems that have never been solved before.
What You'll Do
- Architect and deploy synthetic worker solutions within enterprise environments
- Translate complex operational workflows into automated systems
- Build trust with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Own client success from proof-of-concept to production scale
- Feed learnings back to product to shape the platform roadmap
What We're Looking For
- Strong engineering fundamentals across the stack
- Experience with enterprise software deployments
- Ability to context-switch between code and client conversations
- Comfort with ambiguity and zero-to-one problem solving
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
