## The Mission

The old workforce is leaving. 11,400 Americans turn 65 every day. The work they do — the boring, critical, endless work of civilization — does not stop. The dynamics of the current labor supply have shifted. The new workforce must be synthesized.

Mission Control builds synthetic workers: autonomous AI agents that execute real business processes inside enterprise systems. Not chatbots. Not agents. Not orchestration platforms. Workers. With job descriptions, identities, governance, and the ability to learn from the people they work alongside.

The core capability is knowledge reanimation. When an expert teaches a synthetic worker their procedures, that expertise becomes operational intelligence the organization retains permanently — surviving retirement, turnover, and reorganization.
